1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) establish the rules for using the services offered by TrueLane Logistics (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our services, communicating with us, using our website, or submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should discontinue use of our services immediately.
2. Services Provided
TrueLane Logistics offers customized logistics and business support services on a client-by-client basis. These may include, but are not limited to:
- Dispatch and load coordination support
- Administrative and back-office management
- Documentation handling (including billing, invoicing, and related paperwork)
- Broker communication and operational assistance
- General logistics support services tailored to client needs
All services are defined and agreed upon prior to the start of any work and may vary depending on the client’s requirements.
3. Client Obligations
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required to perform services
- Respond promptly to requests related to approvals, documentation, or operational needs
- Ensure they have proper rights and authorization for any materials, data, or instructions provided
TrueLane Logistics is not responsible for delays, errors, or service limitations caused by incomplete or inaccurate client information.
4. Payments & Billing
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments are due according to the terms set for each service arrangement.
All payments are processed securely through QuickBooks Online, a third-party financial platform. TrueLane Logistics does not store or directly access full credit or debit card details.
By submitting payment information, you authorize QuickBooks Online to process transactions on our behalf.
5. Refund Policy & Disputes
Due to the customized nature of services:
- Payments are generally non-refundable once work has been completed or delivered
- Any concerns, issues, or disputes should be communicated as soon as possible for resolution
- We aim to resolve disputes professionally and efficiently through direct communication
6. Service Expectations
While we apply professional skill and diligence in delivering services, we do not guarantee specific financial, operational, or business outcomes. Results may vary depending on external factors beyond our control, including market conditions, third parties, and client actions.
7. Ownership of Work
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Any materials, documents, or outputs created remain the property of TrueLane Logistics until full payment is received
- Once payment is completed, the client is granted permission to use delivered materials for their internal business operations
8. Confidential Information
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any non-public business, operational, or financial information exchanged during the course of service delivery, except where disclosure is required by law.
9. Liability Limits
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- TrueLane Logistics is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Any liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question
10. Service Termination
Either party may end an ongoing service arrangement with written notice. Any work completed up to the termination date remains billable and payable.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Updates to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
